This session will focus on how benefits managers, and HR leaders should address Cardiometabolic conditions and consider integrating GLP-1 therapies into workplace health plans. Participants will learn evidence-based clinical and cost-management strategies and approaches to equitable access and utilization management. The program will include policy discussions, engagement guidance, and metrics for measuring health and financial impact. Attendees will leave equipped to evaluate sustainable coverage models that improve employee cardiometabolic outcomes while controlling plan cost.
